AT&T Manager of ADI/BVOIP DTAC team - Service Delivery in Košice, Slovakia

ADI/BVOIP DTAC manager is a leadership role with main responsibility for managing, developing and coaching a team of ADI/BVOIP Engineers.

Manager is responsible for alignment of the team with AT&T product strategy, constant improvement of AT&T Service Delivery processes, integration of new technologies and tactical processes with innovation of existing business by identification of opportunities for improvement.

Role of manager assumes communication with internal clients on operational and strategic issues, as well as handling of escalations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• First point of contact for external and internal escalations and out of process requests

• Communication interface between upper level management and the team

• Interface with other organizations in strategic and tactical direction of the business

• Interface with other organizations to own and develop operational process

• Developing and improving of processes and procedures

• Early problem detection and troubleshooting

Management communication responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide guidance and direction to the team members

• Coaching and development of all direct reports

• Hosting team meetings

• Informal individual feedback sessions

• Formal End of Year appraisals

• Manage personnel development, coaching and conflict resolution for team members

Key Competencies and Skills:

• Leading a team of 10 engineers

• Team player with ability to create and maintain strong relationships

• Ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining output quality

• The ability and prior experience interfacing directly with customers, project managers and internal organizations

• Capability to work self-directed, establishing goals and policies, obtaining concurrence and executing across subordinates, peer and partner organizations

• Analytical and out of the box thinking

• Oriented in telecom business

• More than two years of business experience in leadership or customer facing role

• Ability to mentor others

Education and Qualifications:

• Fluent English

• University degree in Computer Science or MBA is preferred but not a must

• Cisco Certification preferred but not a must (CCNA or equivalent)

Salary from 2350 € brutto per month. Actual salary is likely to be higher based on skills, knowledge and experience.
