Our Maintenance Technicians diagnose maintenance issues, make necessary repairs and ensure all resident service requests and other community maintenance is completed in a timely manner. What you'll be doing * Diagnosing and performing maintenance and preventive maintenance tasks, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, drywall, painting, roofing, siding, doors/locks, glass/screen repairs, flooring, tile work, fencing * Ensuring the successful execution of all company safety and environmental policies and procedures. * Delivering the highest level of resident satisfaction through responsive, consistent, positive and professional interactions. * Working a rotating on call schedule to have 24/7 maintenance coverage Who we're looking for Qualified candidates will have: * Qualified candidates will have a high school graduate level of competence in English. * HVAC theory and basic trouble shooting skills required. * Must be able to obtain EPA Section 608 Certification (CFC Type I and Type II) within 6 months of hire. * Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, drywall and carpentry is preferred. * Basic maintenance skills with tools and ability to work with limited supervision.
