SUMMARY

This role will focus on the production support and data integration for Ingersoll Rand’s Incentive Compensation Management solution.

This position will be responsible for assisting with sales compensation system operations including:

·Source System Data Integration

oPL/SQL

oInformatica

·Unix Shell Script Development

oBash shell script design and development

·Production Support

oExecution of data interface and pipelines as needed

oMonitoring of data interfaces and pipeline execution

oTroubleshooting data interface or pipeline issues as required

oManaging IT-related compatibility and compliance requests

·Assist with sales incentive compensation management requirements elicitation and documentation

·Assist with Callidus solution architectural design

·Design and development of data integration components and ETL components in the Informatica ETL tool

·Design and development of shell scripts and other components such as required for the bash shell

·Participate in system validation activities including SIT, UAT, performance and security testing.

·Assist with deployment of Informatica, Shell Scripts and Callidus application into the multiple test environment and production environment.

·Data interface and Callidus pipeline execution and monitoring

·Production Support and troubleshoot the solution as needed

·Management of the completion of IT-related compatibility and compliance requests

·Other duties as required

Bachelor’s degree in business information systems, computer science or related discipline required plus 3-5 years of experience with Informatica and Unix Shell Scripting

·Experience across all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle required

·Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required

·Experience with Informatica ETL required

·Experience with PL/SQL required

·Experience with scripting languages such as: Unix Bash shell, Perl, and Python

·Experience with production support roles and responsibilities required

·Experience performing system application testing preferred

·Experience performing system administration duties preferred

·Ability to work well and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment required

·Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

·Must have ability to work well in a team environment
