JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following sets forth the primary responsibilities of this job, but is not an exhaustive list.   • Responsible for Health Savings Account coordination, training, planning; and working with appropriate partners to help facilitate the client contact meetings.

  • Expert in this field and the “go to” associate.

  • Participates in project teams as needed (e.g., new product or system projects, acquisitions) or leads work groups; collaborates with client groups to create resources needed for associate development and programs (e.g., procedures).

  • Maintains and expands current knowledge and consistent compliance with regulations and bank policies and procedures related to the position, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and tax requirements.

  • Interacts with others (co-workers, management, clients, and vendors) in a professional and tactful manner including treating them with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position.

EDUCATIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND/OR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Required: This position requires the following educational and/or job experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience

  • Minimum of 3 years banking experience

  • Marketing or Sales experience

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience

  • Prior instructor-led training experience required and remote learning and/or CBT and remote learning and or CBT highly desired.

  • 10 years banking experience in sales and operations.

  • Advanced knowledge in the Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Working knowledge of authoring tools.

  • Ability to learn, understand, develop, and deliver a variety of technical and business skills training programs.

  • Highly dependable; project a professional appearance and attitude; model company values at all times

  • Works effectively with management teams; recognized as effective partner.

  • Prioritize projects; manage multiple priorities

  • Highly energetic and self-motivated with the ability to work independently

  • Interpersonal and presentation skills necessary to train including a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor

WORK ENVIRONMENT: The following is intended to give an overview of the work environment of the position, but is not an exhaustive list.

  • Office setting with traditional hours.

  • Standing for extended periods of time (typically no longer than 8 hours).

  • Must be able to work at a rapid pace for long periods of time (typically no longer than 8 hours).

  • Must be able to work overtime to the extent necessary.

  • Must be able to travel, if needed, to deliver training.
