Robert Half International Facility Coordinator in Johnson CIty, Tennessee


OfficeTeam is looking for a part time Facility Coordinator. The hours would be a minimum of 20 per week. This position will last at least six months with a possibility for temp-to-hire. This is a new position created by the company and they are looking for someone who would be responsible for facilitating events, maintaining conference rooms, appliances, inventory and stock rooms. Ordering supplies, withhold correspondence with clients requests, and coordinating event logistics. The software used is Outlook, Skype Business, Excel, Word, and a ticketing system where clients enter their orders and requests. The dress code will be business casual. The requirement is an Associate's Degree and experience in facility coordinating.
