The Treasury and Trade Solution Sales Manager is responsible for driving the execution of the TTS solution strategy in order to meet assigned sales targets, revenue and strategic goals. The role's goals are aimed at developing a strong working partnership across all the functional areas to efficiently manage deal cycles, developing a solution/bundle for appropriate client segments/profiles to facilitate focused Sales initiatives, manage portfolio accounts and maximize and replicate successful client solutions.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive TTS pipeline, new deal origination, wins and TTS revenue for complex global clients with multi-region TTS opportunities, and own the end-to-end execution of all TTS solutions

  • Use deep operational knowledge of the client and sector sales expertise to position specific TTS solutions

  • Develop sector sales expertise to drive wallet penetration across sector ecosystem

  • Design solutions in close collaboration with TTS product managers, as well as TTS operations and technology partners

  • Ensure consistent, professional execution of all client solution

  • Drive global/regional revenue realisation and retention activities to deepen TTS share of wallet

  • Closely align with TTS Product Sales to support RFP/proposal issuance activity

  • Expand sales focus beyond traditional Treasury and Finance buying centres to new buying centres such as Marketing and Events, Procurement, Travel, Supply Chain, Sales, HR, Infrastructure Project Management, Commercial Managers

  • Actively support all tactical and strategic sales initiatives

  • Drive the cash and trade sales process from identifying an opportunity, structuring and presenting the appropriate solutions to preparation of proposal, negotiation on pricing, product documentation to reach closure on deal

  • Coordinate with Implementation Team to provide after-sales support and delivery of service solution

  • Manage sales pipeline and keep updated all management reports

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree required, possibly with strong majors in Economics/Finance, Business Administration

  • At least 5-year experience in any of the following roles: sales, product management, treasury management, relationship management, implementation or project management

  • Excellent client presentation, communication and influencing skills

  • Ability to work both as an individual as well as a team contributor; a self motivator with attention to detail

  • Ability to think creatively

  • Highly Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)

  • Strong knowledge of transactional banking and associated delivery channel products, familiarity with domestic cash, trade management practices, payment infrastructures, corporate requirements desired
