Bank of America ATS GWIM Senior Operations Representative in Jacksonville, Florida

Job Description:

Asset Transition Services (ATS) supports the inbound and outbound movement of asset transfers for all Merrill Lynch Clients. The ATS Senior Operations Rep is responsible for the review, evaluation, monitoring, reporting and supervision of account transfer requests.

Principle Accountabilities include:

  • Provide a high level of service, support, and responsiveness to internal business partners, Branch Office personnel, and communicate effectively with outside Financial Institutions

  • Ensure transfer requests are initiated accurately and in accordance with NSCC and FINRA rules and regulations

  • Responsible for making decisions on basic to complex operational situations or problems

  • Provide a high level of service, support and responsiveness to MLSN, ATS teams, and other internal areas

  • Participate in process improvement work groups

  • Communicate verbally and in writing with Merrill Lynch Branch Office personnel and other internal areas of Merrill Lynch

Required skills:

  • Account transfer knowledge or experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills

  • Ability to Multitask

  • Ability to Learn and Retain Knowledge

  • Knowledge of Margin, Options, Mutual Funds, Annuities, Limited Partnerships, Government Issues, Alternative Investments is a plus
