Fraud Risk Officer

This position reports to the Fraud Risk Group Manager - Control and is responsible for the monitoring of control processes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and monitor reporting and tracking for end-user computing items

  • Monitor and assess records management process

  • Develop collaborative relationships with key contacts in ORM, BORM, Internal Audit, Global Consumer Fraud Risk Management and Compliance

  • Assist in formalizing processes and procedures for records management and end-user computing

  • Partner with Citi Brands and Citi Retail Services and U.S. Consumer and Commercial Bank Fraud Policy Directors and other functional areas to drive consistent controls, tools, technology and client experience across North America

  • Assess compliance with corporate policies and standards

  • Preparation of control activity decks for monthly joint control meeting

  • Serve as a role model in a culture of accountability, integrity and respect

  • Promote an environment of open communication
