Description

The Solution Consultant (SC) is responsible for implementing staffing solutions using TeleStaff in customer environments.

The successful candidate will utilize the defined implementation process to meet the established implementation milestones and targeted completion dates. He/She will work in a team environment at customer sites and remotely to implement and support TeleStaff. The SC will work closely with the Project Managers to ensure the successful completion of the project on-time and within budget.

Other responsibilities will include the following customer/site related tasks:

•Using professional concepts, implement software in various environments.

•Advise customers on system configuration, industry specific features and system processes and procedures.

•Analyze customer configurations and think out of the box to resolve issues. Understand and configure software interfacing products.

•Research application questions, assist with setting up testing scenarios and provide testing support to the customer team.

•Follow practices and procedures in analyzing a variety of business situations or data requiring a review of a variety of factors.

•Utilize his/her technical ability to prioritize issues and respond appropriately to multiple critical situations.

•Provide significant transfer of Kronos product knowledge to Kronos customer

•Providing train-the-trainer training for the customer team.

Qualifications

•Bachelor's Degree in technical discipline (or equivalent experience) and a minimum of 0-2 years of related work experience is preferred.

•Interpersonal skills, analytical mindset, and technical product knowledge are critical.

•Strong written, verbal and virtual communication skills are a must.

•Strong attention to detail

•Flexibility to travel as needed (up to 75%)

•Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
