Partner with hiring manager to quickly fill positions with reliable employees that add value and integrity to our business.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Work closely with the Hiring Manager to understand the job specifications and necessary technical skills required to fill the open positionsUtilize job boards, social media, and any other unique sourcing tools available to identify, connect with, and screen potential candidatesConduct in depth interviews to qualify applicants and gain insight on work experience, assess technical knowledge and skill level.Present well-written summaries of interview to hiring managers for consideration and extendcommunication regularly with the candidate - scheduling interviews and providing updatesExtend job offersEstablish strong working relationships with agencies, applicants, and candidates (passive and aggressive job seekers) to keep a networking funnel.Research new technologies and recommend tools,Participate in professional, military, and collegiate career/job fairsMaintains confidentiality and a high level of business ethicsREQUIREMENTS:Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, technology or related field preferred.Two (2) years of work experience as a RecruiterExcellent searching and sourcing techniquesA demonstrable successful track recordExperience with server-based applicant tracking systems, internet, job boards, social media sitesHas a solid understanding of MS OfficeExcellent planning and organizational skills; able to manage multiple high priority projects effectively in a high volume, fast-paced service environmentDemonstrate a strong understanding of OFCCP/AAP complianceEffective customer service and interpersonal communication skillsThis is a full-time position; consisting of a minimum of 30 hours/week.Oral Arts Dental Laboratory is an EOE - Race/Color/Sex/Religion/National Origin/SexualOrientation/Gender Identity/Vets/Disabilities
