We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi-Functional Financial Analyst to be a part of the team supporting the HCSW (hypersonic conventional strike weapon) program developing the hypersonic technology that could forever change our ability to deter and respond to conflict.
Your primary responsibility would involve supporting all proposal efforts on this IDIQ contract. Additional responsibilities would include supporting the program finance team in a wide variety of areas monthly business rhythm activities including EVMS (Earned Value Management Systems) compliance and reporting.
Must be able to obtain a DOD Secret clearance. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet and maintain eligibility requirements for access to classified information. US citizenship required.
Experienced in the support of the proposal process, development and Basis of Estimate Development writing and reviewing.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet hard deadlines.
Knowledge of financial practices and Earned Value Management (EVM).
Strong Microsoft Excel skills and analytical ability.
Ability to work independently, in a team environment and with various organization levels.
Ability to support occasional travel.
Experienced in providing finance/business operations support to large proposals.
Background working in IDIQ contract structure.
Active Secret Clearance.
Proficiency with Earned Value Management with ANSI-748.
IPMR (formats 1-6) CFSR and CDSR Reporting
Experience with COBRA, SAP, and Winsight.
Prior customer and audit experience (IBRs, DCMA, JSRs, DCAA, etc.).
Experience with Long Range Planning (OSEC) and quarterly forecast updates.
Knowledge of IMS schedule concepts and mechanics.
