We are looking for an Intermediate Cyber test Requirements Engineer to provide systems engineering technical support to the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) – System Engineering Test Requirements (DE/EEF). Position may require occasional travel.
o Support MDA/EEFC (EEF Cyber) test requirements management design, development, and coordination.
o Support reviews, meetings, working groups, boards, and audits for Agency programs and processes in support of Cyber Security planning.
o Review and analyze engineering integration and test planning documents.
o Support BMDS test planning and acquire an in-depth understanding of MDA test procedures.
o Develop and present technical briefings and reports to Senior Executives.
o Coordinate across BMDS internal and external stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and allocate test requirements.
o Perform Integrated Master Test Plan (IMTP) requirements identification and management.
o In conjunction with the Assessment IPT (AIPT), ensure MDA test requirements are adequately defined and coordinated across stakeholders.
o Provide support to Cyber Table Top activities, planning, scheduling, and coordination.
o Prepare meeting agendas and minutes/synopsis, track action items to closure, and report meeting attendance and metrics for engineering integration and test planning working groups.

• BS/BA in Engineering or technical equivalent with 10+ years of Aerospace Engineering or MS/MA in Engineering or technical equivalent with 5+ years experience experience
• Experience supporting the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) and the Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS)
• Strong complex systems problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and applications

• Understanding MDA Systems Engineering practices and processes
• Familiarity with BMDS-level documentation (e.g. BMD System Description Document (BMD SDD), BMD System Specification (BMD SS), etc.)
