Robert Half is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join a stable and dynamic organization within the financial industry.

Job Description:

  • Oversee 2 direct reports and all HR functions to include, but are not limited to: payroll administration, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding/terminations, benefits administration, training and development and policies and procedures

  • Manage HR related projects to include compensation analysis, salary administration and applicant tracking automation and implementation

  • Use Paycom for HRIS (payroll, time cards, benefits, PTO tracking) and Performance Pro for performance tracking

  • Additional tasks and projects as assigned by the Senior VP of HR

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of HR Management experience (overseeing all aspects of HR: payroll, benefits, employee relations, recruitment etc.)

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team while being hands on in daily HR business operations

  • Experience with compensation analysis, applicant tracking implementation, creating more automated processes and employee training is a plus

  • Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred, Associates Degree is minimally required

  • Paycom experience is a plus, HRIS experience required (ADP, Paylocity, PeopleSoft etc.)

  • Financial or banking industry experience is a plus

  • Strong communication, attention to detail and strategic planning experience

  • Ability to pass a background and credit check
