Superior Energy Completion Services is currently seeking a Sr. Technical Account Manager to join their team in Houston, TX.

SUMMARY

The Senior Technical Account Manager should possess a broad level of strategic thinking (long term thinking, have a grasp of Completion’s goals and business strategy, know their customer base to determine what our customers’ needs are, etc.), relationship building with different levels within client organizations, communicate customer expectations effectively within Superior (with Engineering, Tech Support and Operations), as well as strong negotiation skills and conflict resolution skills. Exemplify SCS’ Core Values. Assigned to shelf and high profile, deep water accounts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain, retain, and expand existing client base

  • Generate new business and opportunities

  • Learn about and report on customer strategy and business plans

  • Provide Market Intelligence (customer and competitor intelligence)

  • Proficient in SWOT Analysis

  • Forecast revenues / job activity levels

  • Ability to respond and generate customer driven requests for quotes (RFQ) and requests for information (RFI)

  • Adhere to Company processes as outlined by Superior

  • Generate and present business performance reviews for all the assigned client base

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 5 years related experience

  • Minimum of 3 years as a Technical Advisor or equivalent is preferred

EDUCATION

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
