The Chief Financial Officer’s (CFO) organisation is a driving force behind the creation of greater value in the company. We are responsible for the financial and legal functions, providing professional support and advice, and for representing the group in financial markets. A key task for us is to ensure high levels of ethical and financial compliance with corporate and external requirements. By means of active stakeholder management, CFO will manage the market perception of Equinor in Norwegian and international financial markets.

Translate business needs into IT solutions by working closely with different functional areas and stakeholders
Identify opportunities for improvements and automation
Capture requirements according to existing templates for functional applications or automations
Work with architects, IT Security, SAP teams and other IT teams and partners to develop, test and implement IT solutions
Coordinate testing, deployment, enhancements and post go-live operational issues
Be the main contact with the local product owner, manage backlogs and coordinate deliveries with vendors
Manage service, coordinate escalations and follow up deliveries from the vendors
Propose enhancements and integrations with other digitalization technologies and platforms
Business analysis, process design and LEAN methodologies
Solid programming background in at least one of the following languages: ABAP, JAVA, C, C#, C++ or Python
Experience with one automation tools such Winshuttle or RPA (uipath or BluePrism) is a plus
Experience with database technologies, SQL, HANA DB, PL/SQL or T-SQL
Proven track record to systematically troubleshoot and resolve IT/technical issues
History working in Scrum/Agile/DevOps teams
Practical experience with the ITIL framework a plus
Ability to live by "I am safety" expectations
Highly motivated with flexibility to take on new challenges and adopt new technologies
Ability to collaborate across formal boundaries and locations and work with global distributed teams in different regions
Focused on customer satisfaction
Excellent communications skills and manage all stakeholders with high professionalism and integrity
Proactive, solution oriented, persistent and dependable
Must be analytical with structured working methods, time management and prioritization
