Reed Tech is looking for an Account Manager, Customer Experience with the energy and commitment to help clients make the best use of Reed Tech Life Science services. This professional will be the key contact for some of the most prestigious medical device companies in the Life Scienceindustry. As theAccount Manager, Customer Experience you will become a trusted partner to our customers by developing a high level of subject matter expertise that will help solve key business problems and meet client needs.
The ideal candidate brings a proven record of success in a Life Sciences organization where they have driven customer adoption of technology solutions, had responsibility for revenue retention and have demonstrated an ability to drive and uncover opportunities for growth in assigned accounts.
Develop and create flexible account plans that ensure high customer satisfaction
Successfully manage the revenue expectations of a large territory of defined existing customer account
Create professional communications to clients to initiate contact, gain agreement to next steps in process, gain access to decision makers, quote costs and present solution options, conduct product demonstrations and respond to client needs and requests
Create instructor materials and user documentation and perform monthly public training webinars and in-depth one on one and small group training sessions via the web.
Navigate the client organization to identify and understand solutions/product requirements and coordinate and marshal various teams and representatives across the Reed Tech organization
Accurately and consistently report progress of territory plan toward meeting revenue quota goals to Sales management
Utilize and drive adoption on all required processes, tools, systems, sales metrics and reporting tools
Approximately 15% overnight travel to client meetings, sales meetings, training programs and trade shows
Ability to work in a high energy, fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; business or marketing major preferred
2 or more years in a professional environment, preferably with direct sales experience
Demonstrated drive to successfully sell and win business
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong detail orientation with the ability to follow defined processes
Strong time management skills
Ability to build relationships with others to establish a network of individuals who can provide information, help or access to others
Ability to use Microsoft Office applications (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.)
Experience with CRM systems is a plus
