Overview

We are looking for people to join the respected TIBCO Professional Services Group (PSG) as trainee consultants on a development program. You will be focusing on cutting edge enterprise application integration, business process management and business intelligence projects. You may also be involved in a range of technical challenges such as problem identification, system architecture definition, hardware/software specification and/or design, implementation, testing, client training, and solution deployment. You may work up to 80-100% of your time at our client sites and travel.

We offer a highly flexible graduate development program involving intensive initial training, mentoring, work shadowing etc. This is a fantastic opportunity in a client facing position working with innovative technology.

What You'll Do

These will include technical challenges such as hardware/software specification and design, solution design, implementation, integration, deployment, testing and performance tuning, system architecture definition and client training.

There will also be opportunities to get involved with other activities such as project management and interaction with company and client managers or participation in sales and proposal presentations.

Who You Are

  • Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in subjects such as: computer science, information systems, software engineering, IT or related subjects

  • Strong software analysis, development, and design skills

  • Passion for technology and willingness to learn

  • Knowledge of UNIX and Windows operating systems

  • Ability to demonstrate technical aptitude in two or more of the following: JAVA, J2EE (JMS, EJB, JSP), SQL, XML, HTML, XPATH or web services

  • Familiarity with .NET

  • Some understanding of enterprise architecture integration, business process management, and service-oriented architecture

  • Some understanding of network design, operation, and performance tuning

  • Desire to work with customers and travel. The role requires a significant amount of travel across Europe.

  • Work experience in business and IT during university, internships, and other employment

  • Implementation experience

  • Developer role experience

  • Consulting exp. BPM/SOA/Messaging (optional)

  • Fluent in English and German.

  • This position requires between 75-100% travel
