Kforce City Contract Administrator in Hollywood, Florida

Kforce has a client that is seeking a City Contract Administrator in Pembroke Park, Florida (FL). Responsible for:

  • Monitoring all contracts for compliance

  • Will be working alongside lawyers and the town clerk

  • Assist administrators in negotiating the terms, dates, and payments of contracts with service vendors and suppliers

  • Administrative/clerical experience preferred

  • Experience as a law clerk is helpful

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient using MS Office and Outlook

  • Assertive and great attention to detail

  • Needs a full understanding of contracts

  • Must be proficient in renegotiating contracts, keeping up on their renewals, and when they need to be reformed
