House of Blues Production Coordinator in Hollywood, California
Responsibilities –· Process purchase orders necessary for all aspects of eCommerce· Continuous prioritization of workload and tasks, research and resolving quality issues· Work with internal teams to ensure all deadlines are met· Maintain production WIP· Maintain accurate tracking and confirmation documentation· Participate in project planning, retrospectives and other development-related meetings· Assist in ensuring all products are compliant with tech packs provided and up to Live Nation Merchandise standards· Provide technical input to support goals of the department Requirements – · Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills· Conflict resolution and negotiation skills necessary· Extensive knowledge of the apparel industry, vendors and trends· Ability to work autonomously in an organized fashion· Strong working knowledge of the production of hard goods, both domestic and internationally· At least 3 years in a production and/or sourcing role· Ability to multi-task and handle several projects at once· Attention to detail is a must
