Ticketmaster is looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer who can thrive in our fast-paced environment. We are seeking candidates to join our Engineering team responsible for the Checkout experience who are proactive, self-starters, and have a proven track record of working collaboratively across an organization. Our goal is to inspire fans to attend their favorite events by removing friction at every corner of the purchase process. Our team multi-talented team of full stack developers collaborating on a ground-breaking system to reinvent the fan experience. This team represents the future in many top strategies and is key to the successful execution of organizational initiatives. Our mission is to modernize and develop Tier 1 systems using cutting-edge technologies and architectural design patterns which contribute to our fans ticket buying and event experience.
We are building world-class products to help our clients serve their customers better. To do so, we need software engineers who are excited about building business critical applications while creatively pushing the envelope. In addition to application development, the candidate will create documentation, participate in design sessions, work closely with product & other non-technical staff, influence change and promote technical excellence.

Desired Skills and Experience
You have hands-on experience with Web Services, Service Oriented Architecture, Micro Services, Messaging.
You have hands-on experience with Spring Framework and Spring boot.
Hands-on experience building and maintaining APIs.
You are results-driven, highly motivated, and have experience in distributed, scalable systems.
We run on AWS, so you should have the ability to build, test, and deploy code to run on cloud infrastructure.
You’re a quick learner - we face exciting new challenges every day and are constantly evolving with emerging technology.
Bonus experience (Not required, but if you have it, let us know!)
Experience with modern messaging frameworks like Kafka, Kinesis or ActiveMQ
Other frameworks (GoLang and Python based)
Development of web applications using modern web technologies including React, Redux, Next JS, GraphQL, and AWS serverless technologies (Appsync, Lambdas, Step functions, DynamoDB, SQS).
Contribute to the entire development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, debugging, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and engineers to develop high-quality products.
Employ engineering best practices including coding standards, documentation, and continuous integration.
