DLT Solutions Inc. Program Manager, Red Hat Cloud Programs in Herndon, Virginia

The Program Specialist, Red Hat Cloud Programs, is primarily responsible for delivering innovative solutions to help enable DLT’s Red Hat managed service partner community to accelerate the growth of their public sector business. The Program Manager, Red Hat Cloud Programs, will leverage existing Red Hat programs, DLT's Cloud Center of Excellence and DLT’s Cloud Navigator capabilities to provide ongoing support for the growing Red Hat partner ecosystem. The Program Manager, Red Hat Cloud Programs, reports directly to the Senior Director, Cloud Strategy and Programs and interfaces with all DLT functional areas to create, implement, and manage cross-company solutions and services for the DLT partner community, DLT cloud clients, and the DLT sales account teams.

  • Manage the Cloud Navigator for Red Hat Managed Services Partners Program including iterating on current program mechanisms and developing new ones as needed to continue to scale the Red Hat business

  • Participate in the development of the Cloud Navigator for Red Hat Partners Program

  • Drive integration and collaboration of the Cloud Navigator for Red Hat Partners Program with other cooperative DLT Cloud Navigator Programs and Sales teams (e.g. AWS, Secure Software Factory, etc.)

  • Collaborate with Contracts, Legal, and Programs organizations on Partner Agreements, Partner Onboarding, Contracts Teaming and Contract Compliance as it relates to the Red Hat business

  • Support the Cloud Channel Development Reps in embedding the Cloud Navigator for Red Hat program into DLT partners and measuring defined goals and outcomes of the Joint Business Plans

  • Provide ongoing support for existing Red Hat partners to achieve new Red Hat capabilities via the Red Hat Partner Program and maintain existing competencies

  • Drive the DLT Cloud Navigator for Red Hat Managed Services Partners brand and associated programs and assets

  • Identify and develop collaborative relationships between existing and new DLT partners focused on Red Hat

  • Drive awareness of DLT into Red Hat and targets Red Hat Partners

  • Deliver monthly measurement of key channel and program KPI’s to executive and sales leadership

  • Maintain strong programmatic relationships with Red Hat

  • Complete and track Red Hat channel development and Red Hat partner activities

  • Conduct Red Hat account team planning and measurement sessions

  • Build and manage Red Hat partner relationships

  • Review Red Hat partner solutions and profile information

  • Grow public sector market knowledge and relevant client product knowledge

  • Experience: 2 years executing Cloud business strategy and planning; Cloud enablement and training; Red Hat (or similar subscription based) billing; Cloud-focused bid strategy and proposal support

  • Knowledge of Cloud technology and specifically Red Hat

  • Public sector market knowledge

  • Minimum of1 years of Program development, execution and management experience

  • Ability to engage and interact with senior executives as well as enterprise customers and field sales account managers

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a demonstrated track record of success

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong program management or similar ecosystem development background

  • Experience building executive relationships

  • Proactive, self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit

  • Strong business acumen and experience building business cases and substantiation

  • Education: College Degree or equivalent work or military experience

  • Experience with public sector contract vehicles

  • Understanding of Cloud product routes-to-market

  • Expertise in one or multiple areas of priority enterprise technologies
