Customer Quality Engineer

Purpose of the Position:

  • Manage new product process

  • Support Commercial Quality needs

  • Responsible for overall customer complaint management and resolution; ensure customer issues are resolved in timely manner and systematic approach;

  • Managing Customer PPAP and Validations.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Manage WWESS/ICP/NPR process

  • Customer/Coater/Canner Contact, Coordinate Customer Audit/Visit

  • Handle quality issue and Customer complaint

  • Own PPAP package Process

Requirements:

  • BS or above degree. Major in Materials, Chemical, Mechanical or equivalent engineering is preferred

  • 2+ years Quality Engineer working experience is required

  • Fluent English both oral and written and data analysis skill
