KPMG is looking for a highly motivated leader to join our Pittsburgh office. This person would work with our Enterprise practice to lead engagements with a high concentration in individual tax compliance.


  • Lead engagement team which involves significant Individual income tax compliance.

  • Strong Individual Income Tax technical skills, including passive, active, material participation rules.

  • Current with tax reform provisions impacting individuals such as 163(j), 199A, etc.

  • Manage the day to day tax compliance process to ensure timely delivery of client deliverables.

  • Team with other professionals to develop new client opportunities expand market presence.


  • A minimum of eight years individual tax experience in an accounting firm, corporation, and/or law firm

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university

  • Licensed CPA or J.D.

  • Must be current on tax reform topics impacting Individuals

  • Experience managing multiple client engagements and client service teams

  • Experience in the development and delivery of tax technical presentations and public speaking

  • Must be able to meet challenging client requirements and possess strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, writing and research abilities

  • Familiarity with GoRS a plus but not required
