CACI International Business Systems Analyst in Hampton, Virginia

Job Description

CACI is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to implement business requirements and support translation of contract and business requirements into functional requirements, through the use of use cases, flowcharts, context diagrams, and data flows. The BSA will implement business and functional user stories and requirements for small and large-scale work plans in Hampton VA

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Implement contract and business requirements linked to detailed functional requirements

  • Support the project PMO team to ensure implementation meets specifications/requirements and customer expectations

  • Facilitate requirement gathering sessions by working with the customer/stakeholders to define and document customer requirements that will be developed by the PMO team

  • Serve as primary contact with the technical Value Stream leadership

  • Responsible for ensuring project management deliverables meet customer requirements and expectations and are delivered in a timely manner

  • Responsible for working with the stakeholders to implement management requirements and workflows developed by the BSA Manager.

  • Under BSA Manager direction, formulates and defines PMO scope and objectives through contract requirements, govt PM and Deputy PM needs and an understanding of business systems and requirements.

  • Performs at an intermediate level on all phases of analyzing business and Govt PM needs and translating into proper delivered data and reporting.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of related experience implementing management reporting workflows.

  • Must have experience performing program control & financial analysis support

  • Experienced in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams

  • Intermediate MS Excel skills such as pivot tables, filters, sumifs and vlookups to work with large data sets to perform analysis and monthly reporting and planning data in support of government reporting

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate complex management topics to management and non-technical audiences

  • Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to integrate information from multiple sources

  • Ability to work independently and interact regularly with government and non-government stakeholders at multiple levels of authority

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business field

  • 3+ years program control & financial management experience in a government contracting environment
