CACI is seeking a Business Systems Analyst Manager to define business requirements, translate contract and business requirements into functional requirements, and develop supporting materials such as use cases, flowcharts, context diagrams, and data flows. The BSA Manager will develop business and functional user stories and requirements for small and large-scale work plans. in Hampton VA
What You’ll Get to Do:
Translate contract and business requirements to detailed functional requirements
Support the project PMO team to ensure implementation meets specifications/requirements and customer expectations
Facilitate requirement gathering sessions by working with the customer/stakeholders to define and document customer requirements that will be developed by the PMO team
Serve as primary contact with the Program Manager, the functional representatives on the PMO team, as well as the technical Value Stream leadership
Responsible for ensuring project management deliverables meet customer requirements and expectations and are delivered in a timely manner
Provides guidance to less experienced Business System Analysts
Responsible for working with the customer/stakeholders to write and define management requirements and workflows that will be developed by the PMO team.
Under minimal direction, formulates and defines PMO scope and objectives through contract requirements, govt PM and Deputy PM needs and an understanding of business systems and requirements.
Develops or modifies procedures to solve complex problems within PMO team.
Performs at an advanced level on all phases of analyzing business and Govt PM needs, documenting requirements, and translating into proper delivered data and reporting.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline, plus min 4 years of related experience developing management reporting workflows.
Must have experience performing program control & financial analysis support
Experienced in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Intermediate MS Excel skills such as pivot tables, filters, sumifs and vlookups to work with large data sets to perform analysis and monthly reporting and planning data in support of government reporting
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate complex management topics to management and non-technical audiences
Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to integrate information from multiple sources
Ability to work independently and interact regularly with government and non-government stakeholders at multiple levels of authority
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Bachelor’s Degree in a business field
5+ years program control & financial management experience in a government contracting environment
Experience leading and managing teams
