South Jersey Company is seeking an Administrative Assistant who enjoys solving complex problems and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will take charge of a number of different office support and administrative duties as the Administrative Assistant. Are you skilled at mail merging, pivot tables, and presentation design? . The Administrative Assistant's responsibilities will include; but not limited to, answering telephones, problem solving, and ordering office supplies. In addition this Administrative Assistant will be assisting employees with mailings and document shipping, collecting and distributing faxes, providing clerical support as needed, and handling all projects as assigned.

Major responsibilities:

  • Provide help when needed with various projects for other employees

  • Answer telephone calls and return voicemails

  • Navigate through word processing, filing, and faxing

  • Receive and direct visitors

Requirements

Administrative Assistant must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Candidate must have two or more years of previous experience in an Administrative Assistant role. Candidate must have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel and a high accuracy of at least 65 words per minute. Call OfficeTeam today for this great opportunity!!!

  • At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred

  • Familiarity with using the internet for research tasks

  • Capable computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

  • Strong communication and social skills

  • Knowledge of email

  • Microsoft Excel experience
