ProAmpac Holdings, Inc. Receptionist in Greensboro, North Carolina

The Receptionist provides office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, policies and undertaking administrative projects. This position will have responsibilities for various administrative functions of the operations including (HR, Shipping & Receiving, CS, Manufacturing).

  • Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, handling company inquiries, taking applications and sorting and distributing mail.

  • Receives all orders from customers and transfers information to production.

  • Prepares BOL and packing list for all orders including sending invoices to customers.

  • Prepares monthly, quarterly and yearly sales, accounting and HR reports.

  • Maintain product information database to track various aspects of produced product.

  • Supports the shipment of goods produced and the received goods and supplies to be used in or to aid in the production/storage of goods destined for sale to our customer base.

  • Responsible for coordination of pick-ups by carriers specified on numerous customers purchase order(s).

  • Resolves administrative problems by analyzing information; identifying and communication solutions.

  • Maintains continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to management

  • Guides employee actions by researching, developing, and updating administrative policies, procedures, and guidelines under the supervision of plant management

  • Completes administrative projects by identifying and implementing new technology and resources; redesigning systems; recommending re-deployment of designated resources.

  • Other duties as necessary.

  • Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, and Outlook email and calendar capabilities.

  • Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.

  • Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.

  • Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients.

  • Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.
