VF Corporation Identity Management Support Analyst in Greensboro, North Carolina
The primary responsibility of the Identity and Access Management Analyst is to support the Provisioning and IT organizations in the processing of onboarding, provisioning and deprovisioning requests for application, system an network related access requests. The position is required to perform on-call support functions during critical activities. The position functions as a subject matter expertise to resolve user and security related access and compliance related issues related to identity. The position reports to the Director of Identity and Access Management.
• Record and manage user identities in an Oracle Identity Management based solution tool.• Interact and resolve identity related issues with supporting organizations such as human resource, Service Desk, User Provisioning, Active Directory and other organizations as required.• Ensure that Identities and related functions are properly managed according to organization standards for authentication, authorization and audit/logging related functions.• Ensure that Service Level Agreements are met for daily, weekly and monthly operations of the Identity Management team.• Develop and distribute reporting metrics that support the SLAs development.• Support regular user access reviews and monitor to ensure timely and accurate completion.• Maintains knowledge base and documentation related to the operation and support of Identity Management systems.• Maintains technical knowledge of systems and processes used to support Identity Management functions.• Supports the accurate and complete provisioning and deprovisioning of user ids and related application, system and network access• Remains current on identity management solutions in use by the organization and supporting processes used to manage identity functions.• Operate Identity Management controls and processes in support of Compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent.• Documented experience 1-2 years of experience in the provisioning and deprovisioning of identities and/or equivalent technical knowledge of and/or administration of systems where identities, roles and/or entitlements are managed.• Combination of College/Technical training or certifications and experience for a combined total of 4 years.
Licensure, Certification, Registration:
None Required. Security+, CISSP and/or equivalent certifications are a plus

Active Directory experience is required.• Good analytical skills to include use of Excel for purposes of performing analysis and execution of Operational Controls related to Compliance.• Knowledge of and/or or experience in working with large identity management solutions Oracle Identity Manager experience preferred.• Strong command of English business writing skills. Additional oral and/or written language skills are a plus.
