Summary/Objective The Plant Manager is responsible for leading and managing all safety efforts at the plant as well as planning, quality control, customer services and maintenance functions. Additional objectives include asset protection, financials, budgeting, cost control, environmental, personnel and community relations. This position will lead the management team and hourly employees . Work Environment This job operates frequently in a maintenance and operations environment in a surface quarry location. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Required Education and Experience * A Bachelor's Degree and two or more years of supervisory experience or equivalent. Preferred Education and Experience * A Bachelor's Degree in Management or Engineering and two or more years of supervisory experience or equivalent..
