HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Be Accountable and Drive for Results and Improvements : You’ll be responsible for delivering all OTC Service level agreements (SLA’s)/metrics for specific region of responsibility/customer groups within process compliance guidelines. You’ll identify continuous improvement opportunities to drive efficiencies and decrease costs. Bring your passion for excellence, as you’ll drive a positive team environment within a strong internal control framework to achieve and sustain best practices in -- effectiveness, quality delivery and efficiency within a strong internal control framework.

  • Customer Focus and Relationship Building : You’ll be responsible for developing strong working relationships with key internal/external stakeholders at all levels to identify trends, propose strategies and resolve OTC issues. You’ll drive relationships with 3rd party service providers to promote metrics achievement, operation effectiveness and supply chain efficiency – includes BPO, Transplace, etc. You’ll promote a customer-centered culture serving as a consistent to internal/external customers striving to exceed customer needs, requirements and expectations. While you’re at it, you’ll create a seamless and satisfying external and external customer experience for all interactions with the OTC team.

  • Passion to Lead : Enjoy leading? That’s fantastic! As you’ll be responsible for management, engagement and retention of your team while focusing on people development/coaching. You’ll ensure team members have knowledge of physical flow of goods, problem solving/influencing skills, issue resolution competencies and the latest finance and supply chain competencies. You’ll enjoy directing team members in conceptualizing and executing tailor-made OTC strategy per regional needs to optimize sales. Bring your appetite for coaching and mentoring as you’ll develop individual targets for team members that delivers OTC metrics/service level agreements while supporting their individual development and growth. You’ll be instrumental in identifying best practices, providing guidance, direction and training for career growth. YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Required :

  • High School Diploma or GED and significant experience in a related field

  • Supervisory experience

  • Customer relationship management experience

  • Computer skills, including experience with ERP systems and MS Office

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Deep analytical and problem solving skills

  • Strong negotiation and decision making skills

  • Sense of urgency and ownership of resolution, meeting established performance objectives and customer commitments

  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to partner with key internal/external customers to drive change and continuous improvement

Bonus Points :

  • Bachelor’s Degree with related experience

  • Strong knowledge of collections, deductions and/or customer service preferred

  • Experience working in a shared services, process driven or service center environment

  • Knowledge of experience in Foreign Trade, Order Management Master Data Order Entry, Reporting and Reliability, or other related areas

  • Ability to navigate SAP modules e.g. Master Data, OTC, APO, Return Transactions, Order Management, Pricing, Reserve systems and Contract Manufacturer

  • Training or certification in Six Sigma or LEAN

  • Experience working for a multinational organization and working with colleagues internationally

  • Processed and Packaged Foods industry experience
