Freeman is seeking a Customer Data Quality Representative who be will be responsible for the on-going process support for maintaining quality customer data records. Other responsibilities include:
Responsible for data entry, maintenance and accuracy, focusing on data quality and integrity.
Prepares and sorts source documents, and identifies and interprets data to be entered.
Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents for resolution.
Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting or deleting data; to eliminate duplication of data and makes necessary corrections to information entered.
Enters corrections into computer, if an error is noted.
Responds to inquiries from customers or company personnel regarding entered data.
Maintains knowledge of the business organization, systems, data and information for data quality and integrity.
- High School Diploma or GED
Minimum two (2) years of related experience and/or training
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to type 40 wpm or 6000 KSPH with 95% accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level
