Lockheed Martin Program Director, ATACMS in Grand Prairie, Texas
Description: The Army Tactical Missile System (ATACMs) Director will be responsible for cost, schedule, and technical execution as well as overall leadership of the ATACMS program. This requires risk and change management as well as extensive interface with internal and external stakeholders. Based in Grand Prairie, TX, the position will report to the Vice President, Precision Fires and Combat Maneuver Systems.
Experienced leader with a minimum of 10 years of Program Management over large, complex programs
Experience maintaining positive working relationships with government customers
Strong business acumen, including negotiation and conflict management skills
Consistent and timely communicator of pertinent program information
Demonstrated ability to make critical decisions, anticipate challenges and develop proactive solutions, develop strategy for setting priorities, and provide succinct direction in dynamic business environments
Demonstrated ability to deliver results through development of effective relationships and leadership of a highly skilled, diverse workforce.
Ability to think and act strategically and tactically
Possess a thorough knowledge of financial/business analysis, government contracts/acquisition, technology and business planning
Excellent oral and written communications and organizational skills at the executive level
Demonstrated experience with earned value and program management tools and processes
Demonstrated Full Spectrum Leadership practices
Adept at working with matrix organizations for executing and proposing programs
Final Secret Clearance
Experience in International Program execution, familiarity with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) arrangements as well as Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) arrangements.
Experience/familiarity with development and execution of Technical Assistance Agreements (TAA), Manufacturing License Agreements (MLA), and Licensed Production Agreements (LPA).
Experience in Independent Research and Development (IRAD), Engineering Manufacturing and Development (EMD) efforts, and Production.
Competitive program capture and proposal experience.
Familiarity with Lockheed Martin’s Precision Fires product portfolio, specifically with the ATACMS product line.
Product production and sustainment experience.
