We are assembling a team of change agents to tackle the people challenges that come with digital transformation. The Lockheed Martin MFC Business Transformation Lead will facilitate an Agile End-to-End process to drive the mapping of key business processes (threads) impacted by Digital Transformation. This requires interacting with current & future cross functional end users and SMEs that represent all key stakeholder groups. In this role as an experienced transformation leader you will be partnering with the Digital Transformation Change Management and the Business Process Management Integrated Product Teams (IPT) Leads to enable the accomplishment of our Program objectives and to facilitate the discovery and assessment of potential people and culture challenges by the team while also focusing on the tactical capabilities. This will take the form of supporting the mapping of current impacted processes and stakeholders through facilitation using Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking and Business Process Management principles.

The Transformation Lead will:

-Partner with different working groups to gather relevant data and interview information as pre-work and oversee the preparation of initial “current state” process map.

-Coordinate and facilitate all activities associated with the process reengineering from end-to-end

-Provide internal consultative transformational expertise and advice on implementing agile projects related to organizational design, effectiveness, and change management.

-This position will also be responsible for the monitoring and tracking of the execution of the work scope. This includes establishing project planning, monitoring expenditure, and monthly reporting using an internal system of Earned Value Management System (EVMS).

-Additional responsibilities as assigned, including collecting and tracking data needed for business case and change management plan development and for training others to assist with various change management activities.

Basic Qualifications:

-Prior experience in a transformational role using the ability to influence, motivate and coach diverse teams in order to enable workforce adaptation and bring change to MFC environments.

-Experienced as a creative leader with a minimum of 5 years of experience including lean six-sigma, design thinking, business process management, or program management.

-Experience collaborating with and working in concert with other functions and businesses to achieve results.

-Ability to communicate, effectively interface and influence multiple levels of executives and a broad range of internal and external customers, including the ability to explain digital concepts, technologies to business leaders at all levels, as well as business concepts to technologists.

-Experience developing and implementing data analytics in business processes

-Ability to quickly come up to speed and be capable of rapid assimilation and understanding of the Digital Transformation Office.

- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 14 years or more of professional experience; or 12 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.

Desired Skills:

The following is desired for the role:

- Degree or certification from Data Analytics program

- Experience working with a broad range of internal and external customers

- Design Thinking certified coach

- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

- Experience with common data analytics tool and techniques in a manufacturing environment, as well as experience in software intensive systems engineering design or information or IT management or business management — recently, as a Sr. contributor.

- Demonstrated change agent

-Experience in information management project and program implementation through the full life cycle.

-Familiarity with big data solutions including Hadoop.

-Familiarity with data governance and quality control.

-Experience with creating best practices and methodologies for technical projects.

-Familiarity with data modelling and visualization techniques.
