What You Will Do

Job Summary:

Sources potential applicants for open positions.

Responsibilities:

  • Recommends and creates various networking methods and channels.

  • Utilizes recruitment sourcing methods to identify and present possible applicants.

  • Develops pool of future applicants to meet strategic staffing operational models.

  • Provides documentation of sourcing activities meeting regulatory and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

Licenses/Certifications/Registration:

  • Required Credential(s):

  • None Requiredobtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

  • Diploma

  • High school diploma or GED required

Work Experience:
