The Financial Systems department supports the processes and functions for the company’s financial systems (e.g. SAP, Business Warehouse, Business Objects, and Cognos). The Security Team is responsible for ensuring cast members have the appropriate level of systems access to perform their jobs, optimizing the overall security model, while maintaining controls and enforcing company policy.

The Financial Systems Analyst will support the Financial Systems team Security process with the day-to-day responsibilities of the department. A large portion of the day will be spent helping end users get proper access to SAP, which can require researching the SAP usage of a department and coordinating approvals for sensitive job roles. Additional time will be spent assisting with projects or helping other Security team members with SAP system issues, or process improvement opportunities, and running reports for audits and clean-up efforts.

Responsibilities :

  • End user support & training

  • Monitoring and managing the Security e-mail inbox and the I.T. ticketing systems

  • Research and troubleshoot by SAP module

  • Primarily supporting the Financial and Accounting organizations

  • Support with additional Financial systems and administration

  • Microsoft Office Applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)

  • Ad Hoc

  • Support acquisitions, re-orgs, and new master data changes

  • Create documentation of system and process activities

  • Review systems compliance and organization policies are enforced

  • Support reorganizations within all segments by processing security requests

  • Manage access to the DPECP F&P Solution (e.g. Longview)

  • Produce detailed and summary reporting to leadership listing users who have access to sensitive T-Codes in SAP, annual JE Policy requirement within the Controllership.

  • Support Annual SAP Security SOX Audit

  • Produce Ad Hoc Query reports which are requested by leadership, internal audit, external audit throughout the fiscal year

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems

  • Experience administering a security governance process, with knowledge of related financial risks/exposures

  • Documentation of processes and system activities in order to facilitate training and/or quality assurance testing

Required Education :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration or similar career field or equivalent work experience

Preferred Education :

  • Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management or related field
