The Technical Management Trainee is a talent pipelineposition who will follow a structured training and development program,designed to build and develop specific skills, knowledge and attitudes thatwill enable them to transition to junior management roles in the differentareas of plant operations (Terminal Operations, Production and Maintenance)

This position is time-bound (6 to 12 months) and is dependentupon meeting performance expectations.

This position needs to have high integrity standards, strong analyticaland interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills and most of all,willing to accept accountability and responsibility.

  • Develop specific skills, knowledge andattitudes, through a structured training program, that will enable them totransition to junior management roles in the different areas of plantoperations namely Terminal Operations, EHS, FSQR, Production and Maintenance.

  • Act as a reliever supervisor that can lead ateam of 10 to 50 operations employees and be responsible to deliver targets ontime, in full, in a safe and cost-effective manner as guided.

  • Lead and execute initiatives, together with asmall team of operations employees, in contributing to the plant’s ACIinitiatives through ACI projects.

  • Participation in employee engagement activitiesand programs to develop their team work skills


Required Qualifications

  • Degree inEngineering (preferably Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical)

  • Three (3)years of working experience in a manufacturing set-up

  • Open toflexible working hours; willing to work in a shifting schedule

  • Excellentcommunication skills, written and oral

  • Problem solving skills

  • Passed theBoard examination

  • Workingexperience in food or pharmaceutical manufacturing

  • Demonstratednatural leadership ability
