For more information about our Company, visit Inventory Control Clerk Reports To: Team LeaderOverall Focus: This position serves as the primary inventory control and shipping support contact for distribution operations related to system activity. Responsible for maintaining accurate records of all inventories. Maintains all paperwork and procedures to meet this goal.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES and ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSAudit and input inventory receipts accurately for inbound product/material.Oversee the rented pallet program for CompanyComplete understanding of ERP system as it relates to shipping and receiving of goods/material.Reconcile and data entry of inner company shipments.Understand finished goods cycle count process and determine inventory adjustments.Edit customer orders, input specific information related to lot code, and ensure order invoicing takes place timely and accurately within system.Print and organize load lists, Bill of Ladings, and other shipping documentation as needed.Respond to warehouse and transportation requests regarding customer order status.Participate in recall and other requests regarding shipping and receiving activitiesParticipate in training on new system development.Performs other related duties as assignedEnsures that the Company Food Safety program is adhered toQUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge and skills necessary to meet organizational objectives)Education/Training: High School Diploma or GEDCertifications/Licenses: noneExperience: Experience working in a warehouse preferred but not required JOB- RELATED COMPETENCIES(Abilities required of this position) Strong Keypunch/Data entry skillsFamiliarity with Excel/Word/Email/Warehouse Management SystemVerbal and Math Skills - 10th grade levelKnow when to ask for help
