Develops and maintains Revenue Cycle/Financial Analysis and creates performance presentations to use when reviewing performance with Client. Responsible for assessing operational objectives and performance metrics in all areas of revenue cycle and executing upon actions identified during analysis. Additionally, the ops performance analyst will be responsible for understanding both the client needs and how the organization delivers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Gather, interpret, andtranslate customer needs and translate business problems into requirements thatfacilitate application development
Analyze and assess dataand product performance to identify issues and ensure appropriateprioritization and compliance with service level agreements
Build reportingsolutions and develop/enhance existing scorecards, dashboards and other keyreports that are to be utilized by management to monitor performance andcommunicate performance to the client.
Develop and maintainstandards to measure the effectiveness of all aspects of the revenue cycle,including statistical data for monthly reports (denial reports, late chargereports, etc.).
Integrate and analyzedata from multiple data sources, determine root cause; summarize and preparemonthly materials for discussions with client and finance teams. Audit andanalyze data to verify quality and data integrity. Provide feedback regarding issues and/oranomalies found during analysis to ensure proper communication both internallyand externally.
Serve as resource forspecial projects and priority assignments as needs are identified during theanalysis process.

Possessbasic business skills, an understanding of general financial operations andmajor AR goals in the healthcare environment.
Proficientwith various desktop applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPointand/or Access.
Intermediateknowledge of relational database management systems
Mustbe a team player - Always willing to help in whatever way possible and go theextra mile to get the job done.
Intuitiveand skilled at problem solving in anticipation of customer request
Havethe ability to make logical correlations between data points to determine ifanalysis is accurate
Detailoriented, meticulous and accurate in completing tasks on time.
Include minimum education, technical training, and/orexperience preferred to perform the job.
Bachelor’sDegree, preferably in Business or Health Care, or equivalent experience
3-6years of experience in physician revenue cycle management
