Community Regional Medical Center (CRMC) is the flagship hospital of Community Medical Centers – a not-for-profit healthcare system based in Fresno, California, and the largest healthcare provider and private employer in central California. Responsible for the overall organization, operation, planning, quality, information systems, and management of the department. Responsible for all State and Federal regulatory compliance. Maintains a compliant charge master with coding that is accurate and up-to-date at all times as evidenced by an analysis of the department(s) charge master. Responsible for providing leadership for the development and execution of the imaging services strategic plan in coordination with the Medical Director of Imaging Services, administration or Cardiology. Accountable for providing effective communication, budget support, interdepartmental relations and personnel management.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
MINIMUM REQUIRED: Associate degree of Science in Radiologic Technology. Five years supervisory experience. Broad knowledge of all medical imaging modalities.
PREFERRED: Bachelor’s degree.
MINIMUM REQUIRED: Board certified and/or State of California licensed in at least one Radiologic/Imaging clinical science. Examples: CDPH-RHB CRT or ARRT in any imaging discipline, NMTCB (Nuclear), ARDMS (Ultrasound), ARMRIT (MRI), and ARIN (Nursing). For Non-Invasive Cardiology - American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) OR Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS). Current BLS certification.
