Stryker (Senior) Integrated Business Planning Analyst (f/m) in Freiburg, Germany

Your key responsibilities

  • You are responsible for running the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process for one specific business unit.

  • In this role you will be an important stakeholder/ communicator in between our Global supply network, our sales division and for customers worldwide.

  • In your daily business you are going to collect and analyze data and prepare IBP reports and charts for key stakeholders, decision makers and management reviews.

  • You collect global forecast information and demand plans with the responsibility to build up a netted requirement plan for the supply network.

  • You will be responsible for identifying significant business risks and escalating those to the appropriate leadership teams.

  • You will ensure that demand and supply changes are communicated effectively.

  • You will assist in identifying demand/ supply process gaps and in creating improvement tactics and strategies as well as tool and process enhancements.

What are we looking for

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain management is preferred.

  • 3-5 years of business experience in Supply Chain Management and working experience with demand/inventory planning in a manufacturing environment is required.

  • You enjoy working with Excel/Access to analyze large amounts of data and prior experience with demand and supply planning tools like Oracle Demantra / SAP combined with strong analytical / quantitative skills. You are able to make decisions and work under time pressure.

  • Key for this position is experienced knowledge of demand management/forecasting tools, forecasting processes in sales, marketing operations, finance, manufacturing and supply chain issues with international plants and divisions.

  • You hold excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Further good language skills in German are preferred.
