CareCore National Claims Appeals Administrator Rep I in Franklin, Tennessee
The Claims Appeals Administrator Rep 1:
Receives,scans, documents and assigns appeals to the appropriate team/team member.
Recognizes appeals that requires notifications of receipts and completes appropriate notification.
Reassigns appeals to appropriate teams when needed.
Returns erroneous correspondence received to the appropriate party.
Prints and mails team correspondence on a daily basis.
Assists with verifications when needed.
This position is in-house at eviCore's Franklin TN office.
Minimum Experience Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year in medical billing or claims
Excel and MC400
Good written communication skills
Microsoft Office proficient; expecially Excel
Medical coding familiarity preferred
