Job Description

Skills & Experience

  • Prepare and/or review the quarterly stock based compensation calculation.

  • Prepare and/or review the monthly Weighted Awards Outstanding (WAO) and Weighted Options Outstanding (WOO) reports using Equity Edge Online (EEO).

  • Forecast share outstanding and stock based compensation.

  • Maintain the Plan Summary for the Stock Plans using EEO.

  • Prepare monthly Shares Outstanding reconciliation.

  • Prepare the dividend equivalent reconciliation.

  • Provide quarterly EEO tax reports for Tax Department calculations (tax rate, Deferred Tax Asset accounting, tax provision).

  • Manage the China Notice 35 and quarterly and annual China SAFE filings using our law firm and our accounting firm

  • Provide EEO data for the non-US compliance reporting (Australia ESS, UK Annual Share Scheme, US 6039 statements).

  • Coordinate with Valuation vendor for Black Scholes assumptions and create Black Scholes values in EEO.

  • Manage the International Accounting Reporting Standards (IFRS) data requests using EEO reports.

  • Provide EEO information to SOX, internal and external auditors upon request.

  • Maintain system access to EEO.

Education & Knowledge

  • BA/BS in accounting, finance, or comparable degree.

  • Minimum 10+ years overall experience with US multinational operations

  • Experience with Equity Edge Online

  • Desire to develop cross-functional relationships and expand technical skills

  • Intellectually curious with desire to continually learn, improve, and teach
