We are searching for a service minded Office Manager for an auto repair company

Your day will consist of various duties like:

*acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls for the owner

*processing customer payments

*scheduling service appointments

*managing databases and filing systems

*implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems

*liaising with staff, suppliers and clients

Requirements

Proven Quick Books experience

Microsoft Suite to include Excel

Organizational skills

Attention to detail

Customer service excellence
