Job Summary

AECOM is seeking a Material Handler to join the team at our IOL Kearl Maintenance Project, Alberta. This is a full time position on a 10 day on, 10 day off rotation.

  • Warehouse work and material handling experience would be expected in this role.

  • Loading, unloading, identifying, and distributing materials and equipment

  • Execute assigned tasks in a safe and efficient manner

  • Ask required questions and take the required direction to endure safety that work is accomplished safely

  • Maintain all company tools and equipment to the required standards

  • Foster a cooperative and positive work atmosphere

Qualified applicants who are offered, and accept, a position must complete a satisfactory pre-employment Background Check, which may consist of all or a combination of the following: Canadian Criminal Record check, an Employment Verification and/or an Education and Accreditation Verification.

Qualified applicants who are offered, and accept, a position must provide evidence of a satisfactory Alcohol & Drug test in accordance with the Company's Alcohol & Drug Policy. In order to be valid, the test must have been conducted at the direction of AECOM - O&G Business Unit.

Minimum Requirements

  • Warehouse/ Material Handling Experience

  • Staging parts experience

  • CSTS-09 Ticket

  • H2S Alive Ticket

  • Standard First Aid Certificate

  • This position will be required to drive a vehicle on behalf of AECOM and therefore will require the candidate to submit a satisfactory driver's abstract for review.
