Job Summary - SCoE Quartermaster Training Developer

BMA is seeking a Senior Subject Matter Experts (SME)/Training Developer to work in the Combined Arms Support Command (CASCOM) Training Directorate, Quartermaster Division at Fort Lee, VA. The minimum contractor personnel qualifications for a Senior SME/Training Developer is five (5) or more years' experience in the following Quartermaster Career Field: Petroleum and Water Technician (923A) for all Initial Military Training (IMT) and Professional Military Education (PME). The contractor must be proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Contractor employees must have foundational knowledge of the ADDIE process and apply it to training development. Contractor must have the ability to prepare correspondence that is grammatically correct and conforms to local format and to the Army Writing Program Standards.

  • The place of performance is the Quartermaster Training Division, Fort Lee, VA

  • These positions are contingent upon contract award.

  • Applicants must be able to pass a National Agency Check.

  • There is no security clearance required for these positions.

  • Applicants must be prepared to begin work on 29 September 2017.

Duties and Responsibilities.

  • Review, revise, and create training products in accordance with the TD process and products model. The training created, reviewed and revised will be for Military Occupational Specialties (MOS) to including 923A

  • Develop and input all material in the TDC database using established TDC CRM format.

  • Develop, review, and revise all material in accordance with TRADOC Regulation 350-70.

  • Complete all data fields for each Individual Task Analysis Report (ITAR) in accordance with ASAT/TDC format.

  • Develop and enter all reference lists and performance steps for each ITAR in accordance with TRADOC Regulation 350-70 and in TDC format.

  • Develop all task performance measures in accordance with TRADOC Regulation 350-70 and in TDC format.

  • Edit and correct all training material for content, spelling, punctuation, and grammar.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 5 years' experience with training development and training management.

  • Familiarity with Training Development Capability required; TDC qualification a discriminator.

  • Familiarity with SharePoint a discriminator
