The Sales Manager position reports to the President and CEO of Encompass Onsite. This is a salary plus commission opportunity with unlimited income potential. There is significant opportunity for advancement for successful candidates.


  • Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments

  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities

  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments

  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals

  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

  • Bachelors degree in a business related field, or 7+ years of comparable work experience

  • MBA is highly desirable

  • Previous experience in B2B or Enterprise-level sales

  • Must have good understanding of market development to drive a growing business

  • Knowledge of RFP process and ability to create competitive proposal responses to those RFP?s

  • Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approach.

  • Ability to do simple math calculations, input data into the computer and analyze data as requested

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Advanced skills with online CRM platforms

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word & Outlook)

  • Valid Florida Driver?s license
