CVS Health Field Sales Manager - Fertility Sales in Florida

Job Description

As the Field Sales Manager (FSM) for the Fertility Sales/Specialty Prescriber Sales Team, you will get to promote and sell CVS Specialty services. You will be responsible for Fertility Sales and lead a team of Territory Sales Executives (TSE). You will oversee sales achievement for a dynamic group of TSE's. You will focus on the development and execution of sales strategies, strategic plans and maximizing human capital. A successful FSM will:

  • Demonstrate leadership skills to effectively manage a team of representatives that are directly selling CVS/specialty services

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners

  • Utilize superior verbal and writing capabilities to positively impact your team and grow the Specialty business at CVS Health

Candidates must reside within this territory preferably in a large metro area with immediate access to airports and transportation. This FSM will cover parts or all of the United States. In this role, you will be required to travel approximately 75% of the time.

Required Qualifications

  • 5 years of previous management experience in the pharmaceutical or specialty pharmacy industry

  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time within and outside of the designated territory

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications :

  • 7+ years of experience leading a team

  • 7+ years of Fertility experience

  • 10+ years of pharmaceutical or specialty pharmacy sales experience

Education

  • Bachelor's degree is required.

  • Master's degree is preferred
