Key Account Field Sales Manager Location: Belgium * *

Are you looking to take your career to the next level? We are looking for a Key Account Field Sales Manager to sell our health brands in pharmacy and drugstores across Belgium. The opportunity will build long-term business relationships with our customers, developing and negotiating plans which create a win-win for our shoppers, our customers and our company. As Key Account Field Sales Manager you will be in charge of maintaining and expanding a long-term partnership with your key customers by continuously proposing solutions and plans that meet their objectives, you will develop a deep understanding of the product categories. This role will also carry the responsibility of managing a Key Account representative team of three in which trust, team spirit and leadership are key qualities.

* * With us you will: * Sell our health brands across the pharmacy and drugstore channel, developing and maintaining productive long-term relationships * Negotiate contracts, promo plans and innovations * Prepare volume forecasts and plans * Acquire an in-depth understanding of your shoppers, categories and market. * Resolve any issues and problems with your clients and acts as a link between your customer and internal teams. * Manage and coach a team of experienced Key Account Representatives * Have an individual training plan, develop personal capability and grow your career within a Global environment * * Apply if you have: * Past sales experience as a Key Account Sales Manager. * A Master's level Degree * A born leader with a real passion to succeed * Fluent Dutch, French and English * Excellent analytical, problem solving and negotiating skills * Creative and innovative * Live in Belgium and a good knowledge of the Belgium market * Valid B Category driving licence * Confident communication skills * * What can we offer you?
