CPS Professional Services Executive Organizational Analyst in Falls Church, Virginia

The Executive Organizational Analyst will support the USAFMSA (United States Army Force Management

Support Agency) mission. This position is contingent on federal contract award.

  • Apply quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) standards during the development and approval of organizational models and requirements

  • Provide expertise in Army Force Management, combat developments, and organizational documentation, manpower analysis including work center development and review, staffing standards and the impact on the organization under review as a key product in the organizational assessments.

  • Provide General Officer (GO) and/or Senior Executive (SE) level written and oral presentations.

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.

  • Fifteen years’ experience in force management, force development and documentation.

  • Experience in proven leadership positions demonstrating expertise in Army FM, combat developments, and organizational documentation, manpower analysis including work center development and review, staffing standards and the impact on the organization under review as a key product in the organizational assessments.

  • Must have ten years of experience in generating General Officer (GO) and/or Senior Executive (SE)

  • level written and oral presentations.

  • Must have ten years of experience briefing at the GO and SE level.

  • Must have ten years force management expertise and experience with evaluating and proposing the appropriate size and structure of GO and/or SE organizations.

  • Must hold an active security clearance at the TOP SECRET level

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to multi-task and willingness to complete tasks as assigned.

  • Strong oral and written communications skills.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work in team settings.
