DaVita Oncology Site Director in Everett, Washington
Duties: Work in co-leadership with the oncology services Medical Director to achieve the tertiary regional cancer referral center vision of the PEMC cancer care program through implementation of the strategic plan. Develop and execute on the programmatic strategic plan for the Cancer Center resulting in the offering of new programs and patient treatment capabilities in Everett. Provide oversight and integrated leadership with medical, surgical, and radiation oncology services to provide excellent coordinated care for patients. Oversees the clinical operations in partnership with the Medical Director and Oncology Clinical Nurse Specialist. Lead community partners and collaborative community organizations to maximize the Center's services and role in Snohomish County for cancer care. Provide leadership direction in planning, promoting and implementing community-wide standardization, clinical integration and consolidation efforts and facilitates coordination and cooperation with the sister hospitals to achieve a seamless continuum of cancer care within the community. Formulate increase percentage based on COLA and community standards and make recommendations. make sure department is in compliance with JCAHO, OSHA, WSHA, CMS, and HIPAA Form
Education/Experience: The minimum requirements for this position is a master’s degree in business administration or closely related field and 3 years of experience in job or as a business Intelligent consultant or closely related field. The 3 years’ work experience must include progressively responsible experience in business development in the healthcare industry.
